Rífið peruna eða eplið með rifjárni. Blandið öllum hráefnunum saman og setjið í silikonform (eða bara venjulegt bökunarform... en það gæti samt fests við það þar sem það er ekki mikil fita í þessari uppskrift). Setja svo sýrða útí og hræra það allt vel saman. Bragðbæta svo með sætuefni og essens.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DDV-merkingar: 2 krossar í fitu, 2 krossar í extra og 1 kross í mjólk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Athugið að þar sem að það eru 2 egg í þessari uppskrift er þessi kaka í hádegismat og með henni borðar maður 300 gr grænmeti og 30 gr brauð. Tilvalið að borða það bara fyrst og svo kökuna í eftirrétt.
